Return And Exchange Policy

In order to protect the quality of the our products, we do not replace or return the products received from the customer except in the following cases:

1- In the event of defective product quality.
2- If there is a difference in the amount, size, or both of the products, their energy, their weight, or their source.

 

As for the non-received orders from customer , we return it and refund the amount to the customer after deducting the shipping value by 35 Saudi riyals only.

The recovery mechanism is as follows:

1- Submit an application by calling us at 0115115831 or WhatsApp 0539013011 or by email to customercare@yildez.com or via the website itself by entering on the control panel.
2- That the return request be within 7 days of the date of the purchase.
3- Providing us with the customer's bank account information clearly, including the IBAN.
4- The amount will be deposited within a maximum period of 7 working days.
